We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA. We only use Australia Post, so this means free next business day delivery in all metropolitan areas covered by the Express Post network. Check if you're covered here.

Deliveries outside of the Express Post network including WA, TAS, NT and Northern QLD may take up to 3 business days (excluding public holidays and peak postage seasons).

Orders are dispatched on the same day if placed before 12:00PM, otherwise the order will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend (from 12:00PM Friday) will be dispatched on Monday. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel via email.

Please note, prescription lenses can only be placed via preorder and are subject to different delivery times. Once your order has arrived in our warehouse, your shipment will be delivered via Express Shipping and you will receive your tracking number to indicate the package has begun its journey to you. Typically, prescription orders take up to 8 business days for delivery in Australia.

Tracking your order

You can use your Australia Post tracking number to check the status of your parcel via the Australia Post website. Please ensure you are available to receive your order as we are not responsible for parcels signed by a third party.

Missing Parcels

Please note that once the parcel has been dispatched with Australia Post, we no longer hold any responsibility over parcel delivery. Please be patient as we proceed to trace your parcel with Australia Post.
