We guarantee that all contact lenses are shipped free of any manufacturer defects and are packaged and sealed in the manufacturer's original sterile vials and box. Please be aware that cosmetic contact lens that have been opened cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. We do not exchange or refund products due to a change of mind or for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
As such, we advise that buyers research the product and consult with their Eye Care Specialist prior to purchasing. To ensure the longevity of the product, please adhere to care instructions included with each parcel.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not be held liable for lenses damaged by incorrect lens care.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in addition to keeping the original glass vials with lot numbers clearly visible. It is important that you keep these vials as they contain the serial number only you will have access to when you receive your lenses. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund of store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
You are able to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order. Please ensure that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If this time has elapsed, you are able to return the product to us for Store Credit within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be completely brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If your lenses are deemed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement set of lenses, depending on the case. Please ensure that you keep the original glass vials with lot numbers clearly visible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
